Greg Gardner

Since 2004, Greg Gardner has represented residential real estate buyers and sellers in Metro Atlanta. 

Originally from Florida, Greg earned a B.A. in English from Florida State and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida. He spent two years with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter trading stocks and options for retail clients and then moved to Atlanta in 1997 to trade on ING Group’s fixed income desk. Greg also graduated with an MBA in Finance from the University of Georgia. Once here, he decided Atlanta would be his home and launched Greg Gardner Real Estate in 2001. 

Drawn to the real estate business, Greg started his own company to develop single-family residences and retail space. Pursuing his preference for helping families and individuals buy and sell homes, he entered the residential market in 2004. He particularly focuses in the Ansley Park, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Decatur, Dunwoody, Roswell and Sandy Springs communities. 

Buyers and sellers not only benefit from Greg’s acumen for facts and figures, but they also gain important insights from his ability to look beyond a well-staged room to uncover major flaws or to recognize that a gem exists beneath some superficial issues. He also knows Atlanta—inside and out! Above all, clients value his integrity and intention to provide meaningful information that empowers them to make the right decisions. 

As a family man, Greg certainly understands that a home is far more than walls and a roof. He and his wife Kelly have two beautiful children, Riley and Chase, who keep them busy with their interests, especially those involving team sports. Greg also volunteers as president of his local elementary education foundation. The Gardners belong to Northpoint Community Church as well, which is an important part of their lives. Their “spare time” activities include hanging out with friends and family, home remodeling projects and the occasional tennis match. 

With all he does, Greg loves real estate. He also understands that clients’ concerns over buying and selling their homes don’t always arise during normal business hours; therefore, he strives to be responsive and replies immediately when he can.
